Building Adhesives Limited located on Longton Road, Trentham, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. The site is on the corner of Alderflat Drive and Plantation Road. It covers an area of approximately 30,000m2 . The site manufactures high quality adhesives, sealants and ancillary materials or products for use in construction and industrial markets. The management system consists of an overlying business process which demonstrates the interactions of all processes within the business and reflects product life-cycle, from Product Range Management (Design, development and range management) through to Order Management, Product Manufacture, Despatch and Customer Satisfaction. The overriding process map also demonstrates how each process is influenced by the various cross functional departments. The processes are integrated to ensure consistency and consideration of all business aspects and interactions including QHS&E (9001, 14001 and 45001). Procedures are grouped into logical processes numbered to aid traceability and relationships to all included documents. All leading processes (examples as mentioned above) are surrounded by supporting processes of Health Safety and Welfare, Business Continuity and Emergency Preparedness, HR and Training and Compliance. All leading and supporting processes are encompassed by continual improvement. The control of the management system and targets, objectives and review also forms part of the encompassing control and improvement management. The group are responsible for road mapping the company's contribution aspirations, ongoing commitments and its clear objectives.
