Since then, the Bank ("CCB NZ") has been operating as the overseas subsidiary and branch of China Construction Bank Corporation under dual registration; CCB NZ has the wholesale and retail business license to offer all-round and high-quality financial services, including corporate banking, institutional banking, commercial and retail banking, investment banking and specialized finance.
