China Construction Bank (New Zealand) Limited was first registered in New Zealand in July 2014 as a registered bank and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Construction Bank Corporation ("CCB Group"), a leading large-scale commercial bank incorporated in China; The New Zealand Branch of the CCB Group was also established as a registered bank in Dec 2017. Since then, the Bank ("CCB NZ") has been operating as the overseas subsidiary and branch of China Construction Bank Corporation under dual registration; CCB NZ has the wholesale and retail business license to offer all-round and high-quality financial services, including corporate banking, institutional banking, commercial and retail banking, investment banking and specialized finance.
