Joulz Diensten BV

Joulz is a leading Dutch energy infrastructure solutions provider, with a distinctive and integrated customer offering. The company consists four business units:
(1) Infra(structure) Services;
(2) Metering;
(3) Electric Vehicle (“EV”) Charging; and
(4) Solar Energy.
During 2023 the company has been in transition from four individual business units to 1 Joulz, from an historic product focus to integrated products and services offering.
Joulz’ strategy is to support its customers with the significant change and investment in electrical infrastructure required to successfully navigate the Energy Transition and add further solutions to its integrated offering to provide more of a “one stop shop” to customers. Joulz is owned by 3i Infrastructure, a leading UK infrastructure investment company.
The balance sheet total of the company per 31 December 2023 amounts to € 423 million, the revenues realised over 2023 amount to € 76.0 million and the company employed 243 own personnel during 2023.
