Modhaven Limited and associate company SIPSOLUTIONS Limited are owned by Secure Ventures Limited. Modhaven designs and assembles modular homes using wall panels manufactured at Hull Road comprising two OSB (oriented strand board - a coarse chip wood) panels glued using a polyurethane adhesive to an EPS (expanded polystyrene) rigid foam core. Machinery to manufacture the so-called SIP panel has been installed at Hull Road and safety enhancements added such as guard rails, remote controllers to ensure critical risks identified have been managed. Operating procedures have also been established for Construction of the panels.
