NG Bailey Group ("NG Bailey") is the ultimate parent of the subsidiaries listed below.
NG Bailey Limited ("Engineering")
The principal activity of the company is sustainable mechanical and electrical engineering services, with a mix of regional and large strategic projects across a range of industry sectors including rail, manufacturing, industrial, power and nuclear. The company offers design and build services, embedding award winning elements of innovation, building information modelling and offsite solutions into its engineering operations.
OSM Ventilation Limited ("OSMV"), is our newly formed Plant & Manufacturing division. This new division brings together our existing Plant & Offsite Manufacturing facility with the newly formed OSMV business. OSMV will manufacture and provide UK-wide installation capabilities under the NG Bailey Group, offering a full range of ventilation services, including fire-rated and stainless-steel ductwork, to both internal and external customers.
NG Bailey Facilities Services Limited ("Facilities Services")
The principal activity of the company is the provision of mechanical and electrical, planned and reactive integrated building services maintenance.
NG Bailey IT Services Limited ("IT Services")
The principal activities of the company comprise: firstly, data network and communications infrastructure design and installation projects; and secondly, the associated longer term managed service and maintenance contracts.
Freedom Group of Companies ("Freedom")
The principal activity of the Company is that of installation, facilities management and maintenance services. Freedom Group is a leading provider of engineering services to the electrical utility sector and wider markets, working primarily with electricity distribution networks. Freedom provides wide-ranging services including, engineering consultancy services, hard FM services including external building infrastructure, grounds maintenance, vegetation control and electrical infrastructure, operation and maintenance of private HV/LV electrical infrastructure networks, significant critical infrastructure protection projects and large-scale turnkey substation construction and regeneration projects up to 132Kv.
