McPherson Wines, Four Sisters Pty Limited's Bottled Wine, The Wine Company, Moncrieffs Pty Limited and Ozpak Pty Ltd are subsidiaries of Tahbilk Pty Limited.

Tahbilk Winery is part of the broader Tahbilk Group, owned and operated by Tahbilk Pty Ltd. For the purposes of this inventory and certificate, only Tahbilk Winery is being measured against the Net Carbonzero program.

The Tahbilk Winery operation consists of two components; a tourism business (cellar door, restaurant, and administration) and a winemaking operation. The winemaking operation involves producing quality grapes from 300Ha of owned vineyards, this fruit is then processed in winemaking facilities that include a wine production facility with cellars, a bottling line, and a warehouse. Under this inventory, Tahbilk Winery is certifying the Estate, AHN, and Pogue vineyards and the wine brands of Tahbilk, Dalfarras, and Four Sisters.

Tahbilk Winery believes measuring its carbon footprint is a way to ensure a ‘whole business’ approach to improve efficiency in operations and to ensure the business can continue to be viable in the future as the climate continues to create challenges.
