Winvic Construction Limited established in 2001, a privately owned leading main contractor specialising in the design, build and fit-out of industrial, multi-room and commercial projects, and the delivery of large-scale, complex civils and infrastructure schemes for both public and private sector clients. The company has been privately owned since its formation in 2001 and has an impressive register of repeat public and private clients and end-users, including prominent developers, global brands, funds infrastructure owners and operators.
Winvic retains its status as the UK’s top ‘shed specialist’, delivering warehouses and mega-sheds with complex requirements, including material handling equipment and temperature-controlled environments. We are also experienced in designing and delivering civils and infrastructure schemes through both public sector frameworks and private sector projects on sites as large as 700-acres, including earthworks and ground remediation, major utility works and diversions, highways improvements and construction, bridges, structures, and rail.
Winvic has grown year-on-year, with a current turnover of circa £1 billion, due to the trust and rapport we build with our stakeholders, including funds, developers, end-users, consultants, and subcontractors.
