Comcol is a registered charitable organisation owned by Hall Management which is owned by the Comcol Director Tony Hall. Comcol has a turnover of $3M annually employing about 48 permanent staff. The main office is located in Rangiora with the other sites over the South Island. Comcol is engaged by the Ministry of Social Development to provide the Youth Service in part of the Canterbury region and the entire Southern contract region. Education programmes are also run at the Comcol North Canterbury site.
