Andrews Property Services Limited trading as APS Complete Property Services is a nationwide commercial property maintenance specialist providing multi-trade solutions to enhance and protect the value of our clients’ commercial property assets. We provide the following trades in house; Building, Roofing, Waterproofing, Painting, Engineering (Seismic Strengthening & Steel Work), Height Safety & Height Systems and Building Washing. We have a diverse background of clients that include University of Auckland, Watershed, ADHB, and Fletcher Construction.
Since its inception in 1991 it has grown from a staff of 2 to a medium sized company employing over 200 people. APS have a keen sense of social responsibility and are focused on addressing social inequality and climate change within the company, community and individually. Already we have been involved in assisting in Environmental changes which we are passionate about and are looking at ways we are able to further build our involvement in the future. Steps have been implemented in 2019 to being Toitū carbonzero certified and to achieve a climate positive position to sequester more carbon than APS emits through native bush regeneration, reestablishment of wetlands and intensive pest eradication with the associated APS conservation properties.
