The Formery building is upcycled to an A-Grade standard, it boasts a 100% Net Building Score and targets a NABERS rating of 4.5 stars, reflecting its dedication to eco-conscious design and operation. Over a 60 year period, the carbon footprint from a new building will be over 2.5 times greater than that of a renovated building finished to a similar A-Grade standard.
