Boffa Miskell is a leading environmental planning and design consultancy with seven offices throughout New Zealand. Established in 1972 and 100% employee-owned, Boffa Miskell was one of the first specialist landscape architecture practices in the country. We work in the areas of planning, urban design, landscape architecture, landscape planning, ecology, biosecurity, cultural heritage, graphics and mapping. Our designs are informed by the natural environment in which they sit, and our approach is to understand each project’s connections with the wider world. The maintenance costs and environmental impacts of long-term aftercare are a carefully considered element of our work, and as a business we actively seek ways to incorporate responsible stewardship of the environment into our day-to-day operations. Boffa Miskell is committed to operating in a GHG emissions efficient environment and It is our aim to exploit all opportunities for energy savings throughout the business in order to establish ourselves as an environmentally responsible organisation as well as a contributor to national carbon reduction targets.
