Employers and Manufacturers Association (EMA)

EMA is a service-based business which provides three key business services: advocacy; business advice and learning and development for businesses. Sustainability has recently been established as a learning opportunity/ offering. Our footprint isn't large. We operate out of 3 premises in Auckland, Hamilton and Tauranga. The main premise on Khyber Pass, Grafton in Auckland has 5 floors and the building as well as the wider precinct is owned by EMA. The Hamilton and Tauranga offices are leased. We have 96 permanent employees and a small workforce of contractors. Other key assets include our fleet of 13 vehicles which we own.
