Foster Construction Group (Fosters) was the first construction company to hold both Toitū Enviromark Diamond and Net Carbon Zero.
Established in 1948, and with offices in Hamilton and Tauranga, Fosters are specialists in commercial and industrial construction, and property development across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.
With the understanding that businesses care about sustainability and want to do the right thing, Fosters' inhouse Sustainability Lead works with clients to integrate sustainability principles throughout the design and construction process, as well as onging building maintenance.
Members of the NZGBC since 2011, Fosters have achieved 5 Green Star (as built) and 7 Homestar (built) certification as well as NABERSNZ energy (efficiency) ratings on key projects.
A Toitū member since 2007, Fosters achieved Enviromark Diamond certification in 2013 and Net Carbon Zero in 2019.
