James Kirkpatrick Limited is an Auckland-based, family owned and operated, property investment company, employing approx. 15 staff. Our core business is commercial property, of which we take a long-term investment approach. We lease properties to some 300+ tenants, with our HQ based in Auckland CBD.

James Kirkpatrick Limited is committed to operating in an emissions and energy-efficient environment and considers the management of its (GHG) emissions to be a principal component of its environmental and sustainability objectives. It is our aim to exploit all opportunities for energy savings throughout the business, in order to establish ourselves as an environmentally responsible organisation as well as a contributor to national carbon reduction targets.
