The Group has been located in Oxford, Oxfordshire for over 200 years and has grown its operations to support a network of offices and factories in 10 regions, employing over 1500 people. This is achieved through working within environmental regulations, laws and codes of practice that are regarded as setting the minimum standards of environmental performance. Specific policies and procedures are written to cover the major environmental aspects and include issues such as energy use, waste disposal, air emissions, deleterious materials and resource use, and are managed through a coordinated management system that includes policies in relation to Corporate Social Responsibility.
