Miraka is a Māori-owned dairy processor and one of New Zealand’s largest Māori export businesses. Established in 2009, Miraka was the first dairy manufacturer to utilise renewable geothermal steam and power to produce its products, which are exported to 19 international markets. Miraka’s factory is located near Taupō and collects 300 ML of milk from 100 suppliers in the central North Island.
