Octa Associates Ltd is a privately owned New Zealand based company, specialising in the delivery of project management and management consulting services. Octa pioneered the introduction of project management in New Zealand and has been trading for almost 50 years as a professional services company operating on the principle of independence from any other service providers and contracting companies.

Octa is a successful private company with a wide client base throughout New Zealand, and permanent offices located in the main centres of Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and a satellite branch in Queenstown.

Led by Vernon Lu (Managing Director), Octa comprises of 7 Executive Directors and 2 Non-Executive Directors. Being a single company with five branches, means we can offer significant support to any of our project managers as other experienced staff are always available and willing to assist as a sounding board, especially in difficult contractual situations.
