Phase Consulting Limited is an independent electrical network management consultancy. We focus on providing clients with the highest quality in electrical and structural design as well as asset management and project management services. PCL, or Phase Consulting Limited has a turnover of over half a million dollars employing approximately 3 permanent staff as well as several independent contractors that work in collaboration with PCL. The company’s core activities broadly cover Design through, Bulk pole replacement size/type specifications, Electrical distribution and subdivision design. As well as Project and strategic planning: Scope, resource recommendations, Scope review and confirmation, asset condition inspection reports. Phase is located out of Wellington; however, we are often working outside of the Wellington region.
