Powell Fenwick Consultants Limited and Powell Fenwick Services Limited meet the requirements of Toitū carbonzero certification having measured its greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018, committed to managing and reducing its emissions and neutralised its remaining unavoidable emissions through the cancellation of an appropriate number of verified carbon credits in respect of the operational activities of its organisation.

Powell Fenwick is the trading name of Powell Fenwick Consultants Limited, a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy with significant experience in all facets of building design and construction. Powell Fenwick has approx. 100 employees consisting of engineers, technicians and administrators. Powell Fenwick is director owned by a management team of 6 directors, all based in Christchurch.

Powell Fenwick has committed to measurement, management and reduction of carbon emitting activities in accordance with the requirements of the Carbonzero certification being completed. Being a building design consultancy, Powell Fenwick has a significant impact on the design and specification of projects far outside of the scope of direct carbon emissions. Powell Fenwick wants to "walk the talk” and be able to offer first hand guidance to clients and project teams on carbon assessment, management and reduction opportunities for both embodied and operational carbon emissions.
