We have proudly partnered with Toitū since 2017, achieving Net Carbon Zero certification and, in 2023, advancing further with Toitū Climate Positive certification. This achievement means we go beyond neutrality by offsetting 125 percent of our emissions and contributing to initiatives such as WAI Wānaka and Matuku Link, supporting Aotearoa’s transition to a zero-carbon future. Our emissions management aligns with ISO 14064‑1 and ISO 14067 standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.

As long-standing members of the New Zealand Green Building Council, we embed Green Star, Living Building Challenge, and decarbonisation pathways into projects where appropriate. Our team includes Green Star Accredited Professionals who champion sustainable design principles and monitor carbon metrics from project inception through delivery.
